Booking and Payment

All bookings must be confirmed in writing and are subject to our cancellation and refund policies. Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before departure are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Trek Trail Blazers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
